Beijing Huafu Engineering Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter refer to HFEC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenwu Group, established as a joint venture in 1985 between Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Company (BPEC), a former Sinopec company, and Flour Daniel, the world renowned American engineering company. In December 2005, HFEC was fully acquired by Beijing Shenwu Group. Under the leadership of chairman of board, Doctor Wu Daohong, HFEC has expanded itself from under 100 staffs to over 1200 staffs, with a registered capital of RMB 2,700 million, which became one of the largest private engineering companies in petrochemical and coal chemical industry. Also HFEC is named as a prior nurtured enterprise in the project of Zhongguancun Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone and accredited as a national high-tech enterprise.




HFEC is an international engineering company, providing integrated services covering project feasibility study, technical consultation, engineering, procurement, construction management, EPC contracting, project management service, project financing service, and management service for project operation. HFEC has acquired Grade A Licenses for both engineering design and consultation in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, and it is qualified to design pressure vessels (I, II & III) and GC pressure pipelines. HFEC was awarded the certificate to undertake oversea EPC project, and it was also awarded the accreditation of ISO Quality Assurance System, ISO Environmental Management System, and OHSMS Occupational Health & Safety Management System.




HFEC possesses a large group of technical experts to contribute powerful abilities of R&D and the transformation of scientific and technological achievement. HFEC has made constant development for years in the fields of petrochemical, coal chemical, oil refining, low carbon, environmental protection, energy saving industries and etc. Our advantaged categories in petrochemical field are PP, SBR, CPL, ABS, PTA, in coal chemical field are coal to methanol, coal to natural gas, synthesis ammonia, urea, in oil refining field are needle coke, C4 deep processing, dehydrogenation of light hydrocarbon, PX, natural gas to hydrogen, gas separation, and also includes industrial waste treatment and zero release of waste water in environmental protection field. We are especially advanced in the technology of some categories in China, such as CPL, methanol, SBR, PP, C4 deep processing, dehydrogenation of light hydrocarbon, and high efficient synthetic of methane.


At present, HFEC has made great efforts in domestic and overseas market developing, and has succeeded in carrying out a number of EPC projects. With its domestic clients and partners covering more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, HFEC has expanded its business to Iran, Pakistan, Indonesia and other countries and districts in Middle East and South East Asia. HFEC has established branch companies in Shanghai, Tianjin, Wuhan, Xinjiang, Xiamen and Xi’an, and set offices in Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Iran, and Indonesia, in order to provide our client efficient and localized services.
