Combined Process Technology of Solvent Extraction and Hydro-Upgrading on Coal-Tar

 

The combined process technology of coal tar deep processing mainly aims at medium and low temperature coal tar. It is used to produce diesel oil blending component and heavy fuel oil by employing solvent extraction and hydro-upgrading process. With complex solvent, the coal tar solvent extraction technology separates low aromatic oil and rich aromatic oil from coal tar.




Coal tar hydrotreating technology applies catalytic diesel oil hydro-upgrading process and catalyst. Through combined process, it produces high value added product (Aromatic 1#, Aromatic 2#, fuel oil, industrial phenol, delayed coke). It reduces investment upon fulfillment of process requirement. Also, it reduces the emission of carbon dioxide, meets the requirement of three wastes discharge standard, protects environment and achieves cyclic economy.
