Regenerative Coal Pyrolysis Technology via Rotary Bed

     

    The rotary bed low temperature pyroliysis process is an advanced technology in the world, applied to large-scale industrial production. With rotary bed technology, it can bear low strength and granularity of feedstock. The implementation of pyrolysis gas as heating resource and regenerative energy-saving combustion technology contributes to a clean production process without any pollution to the environment.

     

    Technology Feature:

     

    Large coal processing capacity for single furnace (over 1,000,000 TPA);

    Uniform distribution of feedstock, warming fast and uniform temperature;

    Lower requirement in granularity, strength and other physical properties of coal;

    An accurate control of feeding temperature and time;

    With separation of pyrolisis gas from fuel gas, it produces pure and pyrolisis gas in good quality (H2: 40-50%, CH4: 20-30%, CO: 10-20%;

    Using low calorific value gas as heating fuel, with energy saving at 30% by average, and high quality pyrolisis gas is all displaced and used as feedstock for subsequent chemical synthesis process;

    Using regenerative radiant tube burner applied proprietary technology; heating efficiency can reach above 86%;

    High yield and good quality of oil and gas, showing above 95% oil yield in Fischer’s dry distillation test.

    Free of gas or solid heat carrier, its energy consumption is lower than other dry distillation process. And its heating efficiency is 90-92%;

    The implementation of advanced coke quenching by water mist recovers the heat of semi-coke. Therefore the semi-coke product is low in water with a low production loss;

    Ash content in the gas is extremely low by applying oil and gas separation process. It is convenient for subsequent processing and utilization.
