Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement Signed Between Shenwu Group and Cinda Securities

 

On February 14, Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement signing ceremony, between Shenwu Group and Cinda Securities, was held in Shenwu group headquarter. Top management of Shenwu Group who are Chairman Dr. Wu Daohong, Deputy general manager Mr. Gao Zhangjun, Vice general manager Mr. Zhang Yiping express warmly welcome to attendances from Cinda Securities who are President Mr. Zhang Zhigang, Deputy General Manager Mr. Xu Kefei who is also the President of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd, General Manager of Sales Department Mr. Xu Shipeng. 
 
The team of Cinda Securities firstly visited Shenwu Energy Conservation and Low Carbon Technologies Research Laboratory, where listened to a briefing on Shenwu seven disruptive core energy conservation and low carbon technology and application.
  
President Mr. Zhang Zhigang gave an introduction of general development situation and business areas of Cinda Securities, and expressed fully confidence about two parties’ full depth cooperation at various fields in future. He pointed out that only rely on traditional end-treatment would not work during the current increasingly serious air pollution situation in our country. Only through the original technological innovation, promote real economy, particularly upgrading the industry of iron and steel, non-ferrous, energy, chemical, fire power, to achieve green, low-carbon, sustainable development of the economy. He summarized the important achievements of Shenwu Group more than 20 years with “Concentration” and “Insist”, also pointed out, as a leading enterprise in energy conservation and environmental protection, Shenwu has advanced and completed originality core technology research and development system and multiple demonstration projects, which made a contribution in promoting China’s industrial upgrading. Cinda securities would like to combine Shenwu future development strategy, using its full range of investment and financing system, on the basis of the strategic cooperation, to promote Shenwu rapidly reaching the trillion-level enterprise over the next 10 years, and playing much more important roles in the process of national economic structural adjustment.
 
Dr. Wu Daohong said that Shenwu has the same point of view with President Mr. Zhang Zhigang on China real economy situation and industrial structure adjustment. He pointed out, over 20 years, Shenwu always adhere to the regenerative high temperature air combustion and regenerative high temperature core technology innovation in the field of chemical reaction, and has made seven subversive major scientific and technological achievements, which is gradually getting the approbation of the domestic and foreign academic community. These technologies could reduce emission, production cost and energy consumption, save investment and improve the enterprise economic in the background of current continued depression economic, air pollution increasingly serious and the cost of environmental governance increasingly. At this moment, Shenwu is actively cooperating with the domestic financial institutions, gathered outside capital and own core technology to rapidly achieve various high quality assets securitization and industrial distribution. Afterwards, with the witness of President Mr. Zhang Zhigang and Dr. Wu Daohong, Mr. Gao Zhangjun and Mr. Xu Kefei has signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the cooperation agreement, both parties agree that formed a strategic partnership on capital operation and standardized corporation. Cinda Securities as capital market financial service providers and important partner will fully support Shenwu Group varieties technical promotion.
