Technical Improvement Project of Shenwu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd Award “The 2016 National Green Manufacturing System Integration Project”

 

According to Securities Market Weekly report, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicize the selected 83 projects that are national green manufacturing system integration projects in the year of 2016. “6X33,000KVA calcium carbide furnace technical transformation project of annual producing LNG 100 million Nm³” has taken by Shenwu Environment Technology Co., Ltd (300156) for Inner Mongolia Gangyuan Chemical Co., Ltd, which has got approval and RMB 27 million in grants. It shows obviously ecological, social and economic benefits of “new process of regenerative calcium carbide production” researched and developed independently by Shenwu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Meanwhile it proves the feasibility of source treatment idea and technology, provides new view for government on implementation green manufacturing strategy, opens up emerging economies development scale, helps promoting the economic development in the way of healthy and sustainable.
 
Regarding to the production process of calcium carbide with a series of adverse factors, such as high cost of raw material, heavy pollution of dust, high energy consumption, Shenwu eventually created disruptive technology after years of study, new process of regenerative calcium carbide production, which is treated from source. The new process reduce cost, energy consummation and pollution emission, make manufacturing greenization come true, dramatically reduce effects of green manufacturing resources, and gain considerable economic benefit. The new process has got the national scientific and technological achievements authentication. The green manufacturing technology of key process and equipment has reached the international advanced level, which makes it possible to domestic calcium carbide industry transformation and upgrading, is also corresponding to national strategic planning of “Made in China 2025”.
